These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of the online course provided by Florian Parisse, via the Système.io platform. They apply to any order placed by a buyer, whether an individual or a legal entity.

3. Description of the course

The course is delivered entirely online. It includes:

- Educational videos.

- Downloadable files (exercises, materials, etc.)

- An unofficial certificate awarded at the end of the course (a certificate of completion with no official value).

Purchasing the course grants unlimited access to all of its content, for as long as the provider's business remains active and the hosting platform allows it. Should the business cease trading or the service undergo a major change, the provider agrees to inform clients within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Technical requirements

The client is responsible for having, at their own expense, the equipment and software needed to access the course:

- A stable and sufficient internet connection.

- A compatible device (computer, tablet or smartphone).

- An up-to-date browser and a valid email address.

The provider cannot be held responsible for any malfunction related to the user's equipment or connection.

5. Order and payment

Purchases are made online via the Système.io platform. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Several payment methods may be offered (single payment or instalments). The order is considered final as soon as payment is confirmed. No access will be granted before payment has been confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal – Waiver

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium, where:

- Performance has begun with the consumer's express agreement.

- And the consumer has expressly waived their right of withdrawal.

By confirming the order, the buyer agrees to immediate access to the course and therefore waives any right of withdrawal.

7. Intellectual property

All content provided as part of the course (text, videos, PDFs, materials, etc.) remains the exclusive property of the provider.

It is strictly forbidden to:

- Copy, reproduce, distribute or resell the content.

- Share access with third parties, even free of charge.

Any breach of these rules may result in legal action.

8. Liability

The provider offers high-quality educational content but does not guarantee any particular result or success. The client is solely responsible for applying the knowledge acquired.

The provider cannot be held liable in the event of:

- Any error, omission or inaccuracy in the content.

- Any service interruption beyond its control.

- Any indirect damages suffered by the client.

9. Confidentiality and respect

The client agrees to respect the confidentiality of the content, as well as to maintain courtesy and goodwill in any exchanges with the provider or other participants.

10. Personal data

Personal data collected is used exclusively for processing orders and communicating about the course. In accordance with current regulations (GDPR), the client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data upon simple request to contacts@florianparisse.com.

11. Applicable law – Disputes

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably. Failing an agreement, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the area where the provider's registered office is located.
